Services

Galaxy AC Services provides AC repair, installation, gas charging, and maintenance services (“Services”) as described on this website. Quotes provided before a site visit are estimates; final pricing is confirmed after diagnosis and requires your approval before work begins.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We aim to honor scheduled appointment windows. Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a non-emergency visit where possible.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. AMC contracts with pre-agreed billing terms).

Warranty

Repairs and installations carried out by Galaxy AC Services are covered by our workmanship guarantee for the period stated on your invoice. This does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized third-party servicing, or manufacturer defects, which remain subject to the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Galaxy AC Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from equipment failure outside the scope of the service performed.

Governing Law
